Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
I am 62, married and have had type 2 diabetes, for approximately 10 yrs.

I am writing this to see if anyone else has had problems trying to get the book 100 things you should know about diabetes, everytime I fill out the necessary form it says we are having technical difficulties. been trying since 10am this morning.

I know a couple of our members had difficulties the other day, then it was Ok at a quieter time. I think DUK have been surprised at the success of their campaign, and are a little overwhelmed.
Oh, and welcome to the forum, Raymond/Sam!

Welcome to the forum Raymond / Sam. I hope you will enjoy taking part in this forum. I also hope that Diabetes UK sorts out its problems with unpredicted demand for its 100 Things booklet.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I ordered my book when it was first realised and before the ad hit the telly, so I had no probs then.

Hi Sam and welcome. Hope your book soon arrives. It's well worth a read!

May I ask why you are better known as Sam? Is that you're middle name?
