Good morning from a rainy and grey UK.- (Although to be fair we have just had a lovely sunny and warm April)

Good to hear that you are finding some useful ideas from the forum.
Testing before and after eating is a very good way to end up with the list of your foods 'friends and foes'.
5,2 is a very good reading for after breakfast.
If you want to see the sort of morning reading that many members get then have a look at the thread 'Group 7-day waking average?

Thanks, I'm hopeful that by cutting down on the evening snack thing will improve. Stress levels are dropping now which are a little elevated as I'm waiting on a minor op. Finally got a meeting with the surgeon arranged for tomorrow so can come up with a plan.
