I was 15 11 last year 15 3 now i sbould have made more of an effort i losing weight when i was pre diabetes but to late now x
Not too late. You are sending your weight in the right direction. Well done and keep going.
 
You're on the right track with diet. Cutting down on beer isn't so final as giving up totally - best to enjoy quality, rather than quantity, of pints.
How is your weight? Do you need to reduce it? How's your level of physical activity?

Welcome to the forum, CC. Hope you don't mind me butting in with a question while beer is on topic. I don't touch beer or lager now but before diagnosis, I was quite partial to a glass of cider. I haven't touched it for months but wondered if the odd glass would be tolerable. I know I could try and test, but wondered what others had.

Im out now had a few at home just got in pub first pint my sugars dont go to low after drinking or whilst drinking get out and enjoy u only live once unless ure james bond and they dont go high either
 
Do you know what your level was before the glucose test?
