Type 2
I was diagnosed with type 2 in June this year. Only picked up via a blood test for high blood pressure medication. Not on medication currently as agreed with nurse that I would try lifestyle changes. It was the incentive I needed. Have lost a stone and cut back on carbs and alcohol.
Had bloods done again today and hoping for a positive result.

I hope your blood test results reflect your positive changes. Good luck. Let us know.

Hope your results from yesterday show a good improvement.
