Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
Hi All
Ive just joined this group as i want to talk to others who know about having diabetes and can share the experiences and knowledge with me.
I am 38 years old and am Type 1, been diagnosed for 3 years and have never had any sort of good control, trying different types of insulin with no luck.
Have been accepted for a pump - just waiting now for the call. Have so many question tho and starting to worry about having it.
Thanks for reading and look forward to chatting to you all🙂

Welcome to the forums Joanne5 🙂

Hi and welcome 🙂

Welcome to the forum 🙂

Welcome Joanne - if nothing else has worked, then worth trying a pump - good luck with that. There is plenty of knowledge and experience on this board, as well as what you get from your clinic.

Hi Joanne and welcome to the forums. We have a few pumpers on here and I'm sure they'll be happy to share their experiences with you. I hope you don't have to wait too long for yours and that it works well for you when you get it. XXXXX

Welcome to the forum! 🙂

Hi Joanne

So where are all these questions?

Get asking, duck !! (used to work at Morgans, next door to the Vic, on Etruria Road LOL)
