Hi everyone

I am not really new to the site but i havent been on here for about 6 months so thought i would re introduce again.

My name is stuart i am 23 and have been a type 1 diabetic since I was 16. i have been poorly controlled since i was diagnosed as i didnt want to accept it.

I am now trying to get my self fit and healthy and thought i would use the help and support on this site

hi thanks to you both. yes steffie i was about to get married i believe i cant quite remember. I did get married and my wife has had another baby since i was on here last. so i now have amelia who is 2 and a half and oliver who is 12 weeks.

really hope with everyones support on here i can really make a change as to the way i am doing things

the only place i know where to start making these changes at the moment is with me and getting everything in my head and straight and from their everything should fall in to place. i just know when it gets hard i will give in and revert back to old ways. which is when i will be turning to you guys
