Hi Adam, welcome to the forum 🙂 Are you recently diagnosed? On any medication for your diabetes? What sort of things have you been trying? Sorry for all the questions but it helps to know what's going on so that we can suggest possible things you can try.

The main thing to watch out for are carbohydrates - what sort of meals do you eat and when do you test your levels?

Hi Adam,
I am fairly new to the site too. I have recently been diagnosed as type 2 and my BG levels are always over 16 at the mo. Hoping that they will come down more! Hope you find some of the answers you need on this site. I have!

Welcome to the forum Adam0606 🙂

Welcome Adam. Does your bg rise after a meal or is there a pattern that you can see ? Keep a diary & let your health team have a look. Good luck
