Dinner tonight - salad (well my version - lettuce and cucumber...) with chicken thrown in. As far as I know...thats no carbs at all. Erm...what do I do about insulin? I might have a jacket potato with it just so I know I can have a bit of insulin.

This is very confusing

What do I doooooooooo?

Hi Sam,
How are you cooking the chicken? If its just breast with little oil - then it is zero carbs - but if its got a coating like batter etc on it i would do approx 10 - 15 carbs for a chicken breast with coating.

What is your ratio?🙂Bev
