Hi Lisaa, sounds like you've answered your own cry for help and sorted the excessive urination and tingling fingers and toes by getting your glucose levels under control. Keep on doing what you're doing because it sounds like it's paying dividends! 🙂

If you haven't got as much glucose in your system, you don't need to pee it out so much. It's only ever a problem if you have problems urinating or get swelling. You've probably got used to living with the issues and being back on track has taken you by surprise.

Yes precisely you will no longer have excess sugar, when your sugars are high you go to the loo more as its trying to flush the sugar out, you are doing great so don't be worried about this as it is nothing to be worried about! :D x

Thanks but when I do go it's very small amount that I pass and it takes me a moment or two to start

Just taken my bloods and it's 10 !!! But I did have toast this morning

what were you before? x

That's different Lisaa. If you've got any structural problems urinating like difficulty starting or incomplete emptying, you need to mention it to your doctor.

If you're having problems passing urine (getting started) it would be wise to get it checked out asap, try to get an on the day appointment and take a sample of urine with you to be tested, it could be something as simple as an infection possibly caused by the high BGs you've been having.
When I first started reading you're post I though ahh, her levels have come down so her kidneys are not having to flush the sugar out.

How long after toast did you test, was it less or more than 2 hrs and what was your pre meal reading.
Ps if it is an infection, it usually does affect our BGs, they often go up, but can occasionally go low too.

I tested 2 hours after eating it was 6 prior and it's just that I don't seem to have any urge to go at all

I really honk you'd best get it checked out.
