Terrific news Steff! So pleased that it was such a positive experience for you - and congratulations on that great redcution is HbA1c! Brilliant considering how little help you've had from your healthcare team until now!🙂

Excellent News!

Fantastic news Steff - 🙂 Sounds like you are going on a DAFNE course - which is great ( I believe evryone should do one - diabetic or not!!!) and good work on the HbA1c - great result! So glad you had someone nice - it really does make all the difference.

Now Steff, we'd expect you to be more like Kate Winslet as couldn't possibly contemplate you being as ill-informed about diabetes as Halle Berry. We'll await the gushing and tears ....

i'll save the gushes of tears for when i get sunburnt lol i dont care today tho ha im to happy x

Glad to hear it went so well am pleased for you. Thats a great drop in A1c. So do you think that instead of your GP getting any money for your improved results the NHS should give it to the forum instead?

I expect it's a DESMOND course rather than DAFNE though
