So second week in trying to get my head round all this! Having another off day so tired.. thought I'd get some soup.. Looking at the different ones in sainsburys and even the healthy options have a higher sugar than normal.. thought I was doing right with a Lentil and Bacon..based on half a can = sugar 1.4g saturates 0.4 fat 1.4.. but then when I looked at the back says carbs 13.2.. not knowing what to do I just had a half a can with a slice of Bergen (fab bread!) I just don't get this carbs deal.. any advice would be much appreciated!
still hungry so just had some salmon and asparagus.. THIS IS SO HARD!!!! 😡
