Zero, I'd have thought, if it's just the meat with no additions apart from a bit of fat to cook it in. (If you've floured it or breadcrumbed it, then it's a different story!)
Edit. 0.3g of carb for a 3oz portion, according to Myfitnesspal, so negligible!
