I have been eating low carb and yesterday and today at around 11.30 I suddenly had to lie down as I felt tired.
This morning my blood sugar was 6.7 on waking, I had two eggs fried in butter at around 9. At 11.30 I had to lie down and then after an hour when I went so sleepy I took my bloody sugar and it was 5.5.
Yesterday it went from 8.3 to 5.6.
I am taking 500mg of Metformin S.R with breakfast and one in evening around 7.00 and with food.
My main meal is at lunchtime.

Not sure what help your needing? These are perfectly acceptable results so there is maybe a chance the 2 things aren't related, if in doubt call your health centre and ask to talk to your GP
xx

If you are new to low carb eating it may just be that your body is struggling to switch over to burning a different fuel ie fat instead of carbs. Your readings are fine as @Kaylz says but your body may just be going through a temporary phase of fatigue as it adjusts. Did you feel better after your nap? And do you feel OK now?

Thanks, I checked the readings and they were okay to me. I think its the adjustment to the Keto/low carb eating.

I would suspect you are having false hypos. IE., your body is telling you that you are hypo at a normal number because your body has been used to running a lot higher. Give it time and you will be fine.

Oh thank you Sue, Now that makes sense. Let’s see how it settles. Anne
