If I'm completely honest I really don't understand 3c, it's blown everything I thought I knew about diabetes out the water ( 3 pregnancies, all on insulin) The nurses seem to think I know and understand ( being a cardiothoracic nurse) when I start asking basic questions they become a little sarcastic and condescending so I shut up. Doesn't help me really.
