Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi everyone,

I have type 2 diabetes for over 10 years.
I have managed to keep it under control by diet, but the last two years has been out of control and now I'm on tablets.

At the begging of the year, I was tested positive with covid.
I don't go out, unless its to the GP or pick up medication.
A family member bought it home from work, where one person in their workplace had carried on going to work, after being tested positive.
I have been very strict with family members when they come home from work, but some how I still got it 😱 We think we have worked out when I (and family) got it, but still uncertain.

I am trying to get things back on track and need a push in the right direction.
My weight and blood pressure is dropping (I monitor at home myself) but still getting daily blood readings between 9-12.
6-7 is my normal readings.

Thank you for reading 🙂
