Hi I just wanted to know.

I eat daily sugar items but then my Blood sugar levels are always normal after testing them.
I check after 1hr of every meal.
So is there any problem or my baby is fine just worried.

Hello Noreen

Welcome to the forum

You don’t say whether you have been diagnosed with diabetes yourself? If you haven’t perhaps you have it in your family?

the human body is generally very good at dealing with carbohydrate, including sugar, and keeps blood glucose within a very tight range.

however the processes which control BG level can break down in some people.

If you are worried about your likelihood of developing diabetes you should speak to your GP (perhaps make a telephone appointment).

Reducing your sugar intake is a healthier choice for everyone - so try to do that too!

Hello,

No one from my family is diabetic. I got gestational diabetes though. Ok thanks for your reply I'll look after it.

Hello Nooreen - are you in the UK?
