I am just saying hello. I have had type 2 diabetes for about 18 years and my sugars etc have been up and down for most of that time. Since I retired from work last June, I have found it much easier to control my diabetes. I have found that getting into a routine has helped a great deal and it has also stopped me from snacking between meals. I have been able to reduce my insulin intake and I feel so much better for it.
During this lockdown, a routine has also helped me from getting bored and deviating from what I need to do. Any way, hello!
