Diabetic type 2 for the last twenty years, control quite good, far better informed than years ago. Really just popped on to say 'Hi' as my problem at the moment is with the eyes and I need to read as many of the posts as possible, great to see so much accessable information and the reaching out and support from so many of the contributors.

Great to see people being positive with their diets etc, Sue with her 20lb loss and Barbara on the very low car diet, I wish I had such determination. Ken, the eye problem is in sense not new, but it has gone worse. I was going to post the query etc tommorrow, Just wanted to thank people for taking the time to give a welcome.
