Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
Hello i am not newly diagnosed , i originally was told i was a type 2 diabetic in 2005 , then in 2009 after a test on my pancreas was told i am not a type 2 diabetic, im a type 1 diabetic and have always been a type 1. Just joined to get some feedback on insulin pens as im so confused about something that has recently happened with the pens i use.

Hello Angelica, and welcome to the forum 🙂 There are several others here who were initially diagnosed as type 2 and then found out they were really type 1, so you're not alone.

Yep, I’m one of them! Originally pigeonholed as Type 2 because of my age. I’ve replied to your insulin pen post, hope you get some joy.

Hi @Angelica0405 welcome to the forum 🙂. Oh dear you've been promoted/demoted depends how you look at it. A long time ago but relevant to your life today, I can`t answer your question but know other members will be along to advise you.
