Hi Andy, welcome to the forum 🙂 Sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but it sounds like you are determined to get to grips with things 🙂 How did the diagnosis come about, and are you on any medication?

Hi Northerner, I was called for blood test, Doc told me that my A1c of 48 meant I was type 2 diabetic and prescribed Metaformin. I decided not to take meds and try all other means to get glucose readings under control.
I am now using Libre, diet and exercise to keep my readings between 4 and 7.3.
So far so good.
 
That's very much a borderline test result Andy, looks like it was caught early which should give you every chance of success! Keep us updated on your progress 🙂
