Probably the best approach then would be to replace the carbs on your plate with more of something else e.g. less potato and more green veg 🙂 Snacks can be something like nuts or cheese - protein, not carbs, or you might like to try some 85% or 90% cocoa-content dark chocolate, which is very low carb if you fancy an occasional sweet treat 🙂I am trying to eat sensibly, but am having difficulty with portion control, and snacking.
