Hi, I'm new having just found this site from the diabetes.org.uk website. I've been diagnosed for almost a year but have had my head in the sand for the entire time. Head is now firmly out and I'm back in control. It feels good!🙂

No but I looked like Biffo the bear when I was a baby apparently....charming!...the name has stuck ever since
