Hello

Hi I’m new to the group, my name is Wayne.
Welcome Wayne, would you like to tell us a bit about yourself, how long have you been diagnosed, what is your HbA1C and how are you managing your condition, what meds if any and diet are you following. It might sound like the third degree but it all helps people make appropriate comments.
Reading around the forum will hopefully give you some ideas.

Hi Wayne :D

Welcome to the community.
You can find lots of support and shared experiences on the forums (or should that be fora?). If you feel uncomfortable in sharing that will be absolutely fine if all you need to do is to have a look around. But, as Leadinglights says if you need to ask a question you will need to provide some background to obtain the best response. It also seems useful to do the same if you provide an answer. That way the person posing the question will be able to understand how your comments can be applied to their own circumstances. After all, as you will see so often in posts, members of the forums do not give medical advice, they can only share their experience.

Hi @Waynebus and a very arm welcome from me 🙂. The Forum is here to help and support you...
