Hi @Chel50 welcome to the forum and to a place where the support and information is invaluable.

Thank you so much , looking forward to all the help and advice x

If you provide your HbA1c value, the more knowledgeable people on here can provide more specific idea on how to control things. Also an idea of how long you have been diabetic. Some new people have had the illness for a while and other for a much shorter period of time. I was only diagnosed at the end of September with a HbA1c of 86. High but others have been higher.

And welcome to the forum from me as well.

Hi and welcome to the forum @Chel50

As @JimmyBlue has mentioned, your HbA1c (if known) is your starting point and will give others on the forum an idea how best we can help or advise you and answer any questions you may have

@Chel50 BIg warm welcome from me too - there are decades of experience on this forum and we're all happy to help each other - if you have any specific questions you would like answering, just fire away, no matter how "silly" you may think they are, you will not be judged here

Welcome to the forum @Chel50

Hope you get some answers to your question about Sitagliptin
