Hi, Richard. Welcome to the Forum from a fellow T2. Would you like to share some info about your diabetes, eg how long you've been T2, any meds, latest HbA1c, how are you managing things etc?

Welcome to the forum @Rich43.

Glad you have joined us 🙂

How long have you been living with diabetes, and how have you been finding things? Have you been offered any medication? Or are you attempting to manage your glucose levels with diet and exercise?

Do you ask away with any questions you have, we are a friendly bunch with centuries of live diet experience on the forum, and no question will be thought of as silly!
