Hi new member here looking for advice on recipes and menu plans

Hi @GazNLoki and welcome to the forum!

You're in the right place - there's an entire section here, where our users have shared their recipes, 'go-tos' and experiences with food, though I'm sure a few will share their favourite links here too. If you feel comfortable to share more about your T2 diagnosis and what you're looking for specifically, members mind find it easier to steer you in the right direction.

Also, you might have seen this already, but there's some information on our Website too, including recipes etc. that you might find useful.

Welcome to the forum
The info and meal plans in this link may be suitable if you are dietary managed or diet an just metformin. https://lowcarbfreshwell.com/
Do you know what your HbA1C is as that will indicate how much work you need to do, how long have you been diagnosed?
What meds you are taking may make a difference to what dietary approach is suitable.

Welcome to the forum @GazNLoki 🙂

What sort of foods do you generally like?
