Hi and welcome
Would you like to say a bit more about your diagnosis, what your HbA1C is and have you been prescribed any medication as that will indicate how realistic your expectations are and in what time scale. Many find that by adopting a low carb of very low calorie dietary regime can be successful in achieving remission but it is a for life change to your lifestyle that will keep you there.
Depending on what medication if any you have been prescribed this approach may suit you. It is a low carb, not NO carb regime which many have found successful. https://lowcarbfreshwell.com/
