Hello Saara and a very warm welcome to our friendly & supportive forum - glad you found your way here - wish you hadn't needed to tho - its the best place to be to learn more about your individual diabetes.

If there's anything you want to know then do please ask - as often and as many times as you need to - there's plenty of us who will see your posts and come along to willingly answer your questions.

Please will you tell us a little about yourself so we can help advise you as per @Northerners post above - and like how are you coping since the initial shock of being dx (Diagnosed) and what diet are you following to keep your bgls (Blood glucose levels) in range? Thanks & take care x

Hi Saara, welcome to the forum. Tell you what, it's a brave move coming here owning up to be a diet consultant🙂 Though it must make easier being a T1, you can lecture yourself. Saves time.

Anyway, bone up on LCHF and you'll be fine. Its a great friendly place, this forum. Stick around🙂
