Hi, I'm a 56 year old male T2, diagnosed 6 years ago. Taking x2 850 SR Metformin and x2 40 Glicacide per day. Was on Simvastin but, could not abide the side effects. Not the greatest on the the life style fix-it route but, exercise and diet do make a big difference when I do it, need to do it more regularly.

Hello!

I definitely am a great believer in exercise in helping to keep my diabetic symptoms controlled.

It has certainly helped me lose weight and reduce my insulin resistance.
