Hello to all.
I have recently been diagnosed with Type 2 and to be honest it was a shock as I have had no symptoms and my previous blood test in 2020, just before Lockdown, didn't even have me as prediabetic. Having no symptoms is a blessing and curse, I am grateful that I don't have some of the symptoms, but this makes it harder for my brain to accept that I have diabetes. Is there anyone who is the same and can offer me some advice?
Many thanks
