Great to see you again Rosie. But sorry to hear you have been having a rough time.
 
What a nice surprise Rosie ~ so pleased to see you're back with us again ~ you've been missed ~ very much. Very sorry to read about your struggles and all that you've been through (((hugs))) But that's been and gone now. Time to move on ~ but in your own time hun.

You don't have to ask for our help ~ you know that we'll lend our support anytime you feel the need of it in an effort to get your diabetes back on track. You are stronger than you think Rosie ~ you've proved that just by coming back here🙂
I guess you are still feeling delicate hun so we'll treat you gently and with lots of TCL to give you time to recover fully. You take care now and look after yourself. Lots of love and ......

Hi Rosie, great to see you back online and looking forward to your input. I also have a tendency to binge and my weight fluctuated by about 6 stone since my diagnosis in 1991. I’ve been stable for a couple of years now so I am hopeful you can find a way to a happier place too.
 
How fab to hear from you again, Rosie!😛:D😛 I’m so sorry to hear about your problems. I had binge-eating disorder for 10 long years - before it even existed LOL - so I know what you’re going through. Baby steps...and a book called “Overcoming Overeating” written (in the 1990s) by two American psychologists helped me enormously. Big (((hug))), it’s great to have you back.🙂🙂🙂
