Sorry I haven't been back...I have been rather ill over the weekend! Not related to any of this I must add!
I am rather annoyed I have to wait another 2 weeks yet, and yes, it was the receptionist. trouble is, i want to see this particular doctor, so that means booking a routine appointment.
I already have a heart issue and do feel they are quik to fob me off. I think I am going to wait for this appointment, get myself into the system if it's warrented, then change surgeries. I can't be doing with them anymore. there is a surgery literally at the end of my road...I hadn't changed because had so much going on, I didn't want to lose the continuity, but I think the time has come!
