Hello again Barbara. Long delay but I only this morning got some results. My blood test got lost and was re-done.
So...the slightly bad news is that they have ruled out LADA and are back to having no clue.
I am on an increased Lantus dose, now 16 units. The nurse has added in the Bolus (4 units, with self determined increases) which I will start when I can pick it up.
Still in the dark as to type, but I think insulin is the treatment, regardless...
I have put a little weight back on, but I'm still quite fatigued by 9pm...however, I do exercise a lot...so who knows!!
