Hi all, just joined. Diagnosed pre-diabetic - my Hba1c is 43 - my sister has T2 and my grandmother also had it. I am just adding this condition to my long list of others! lol

Seeing the diabetic nurse on 13th and researching the lifestyle changes I need to make. Not overweight, but not that physically active, and I probably eat too much carbohydrate.

Anyway, wishing you all well. Much love. James xx

Welcome to the forum, a friendly place and full of helpful people.

Thanks Pav. New to it all, and doing lots of reading. I have had a rare cancer and have had lots of surgery and chemo - after a while, you take things in your stride!! James xx

Welcome from me. I have been to Belfast on my Motorbike. Very friendly people & helpful 🙂.

We arrived in Belfast & my mates BMW bike had a problem. Straight to BM garage & got excellent service. We then went to our digs. A pub & the manager asked us what we wanted for Tea. He put n our table a Chinese menu & a India. It was great for 6 Hungary bikers. Well happy as he set to the local takeaways & provided plates & cutlery 🙂

Hello James, and welcome 🙂 - I hope you find the forum useful.
I love Belfast, I used to spend a lot of time there when I lived in Northern Ireland (back in the 80s/90s, so it's probably changed a bit now).

The amount of CCTV & the fences around the Police stns is a but off putting but I would encourage anyone to go. 🙂

Welcome.🙂
