I've only just found this place, although I've been type 2 for.....many years and thought I was doing OK but get a little depressed if I dwell on it.

I'm in the south west. Does anyone know of any events down here?

Hi David, welcome to the forum 🙂 How have things been going for you? We don't have any forum events scheduled for the South West for the remainder of the year, although we have held them in Taunton and Bristol in the past. I wonder if you have a Diabetes UK support group you could attend? These tend to have monthly meetings, although much will depend on how active the local volunteers are. Thanks for the link, Northerner. It seems, however, that I've found you too late to take advantage of the roadshow in the south west. I'll have to wait until next year but will seek out our local support group, I'm sure there is one.
