I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in Feb. What a journey since then! I’m hoping to gain more insight into this condition from others.

Welcome to the forum. Plenty of experience to draw on here, so fire away with any questions that you have.

Perhaps you would like to share a bit more information about your diagnosis, how did it come about, what is your HbA1C and are you taking any medication as all that will indicate how far you are into the diabetic zone and so how much work you need to do. It will also help people make appropriate comments.
What changes have you made since diagnosis, hopefully they will be having a positive effect.

Welcome to the forum @Deputydog

I’m intrigued by the ’journey’ you mention! What have you been going through?!

To add to the knowledge you’ve already picked up, you might want to register for an account with the Learning Zone (the orange tab in the main menu) which is packed full of informative bite-sized modules. Additionally, for a more personal take, members here frequently recommend Maggie Davey’s Letter to the Newly Diagnosed and Gretchen Becker’s book T2 Diabetes, the first year, which you can work through gradually and will give you loads of information to go on.
