hi ive been low carb for just less than two weeks but am getting headaches in the last 3 days. Not like my usual headache and hurts at the top of my head?
anyone had the same or is it my body adjusting?

Perhaps reduce your carbs more gradually over a period of time? Also, make sure you keep hydrated.

Evening, I bought some hydration tablets to replace vitamins and electrolytes that has helped. Not completely gone but better. Thank you for asking.
