Morning latest HbA1c results are in today at 31. I’m surprised as I was sure it was going to be higher with the covid situation, Christmas and hardly any weight loss but I’m happy. Other results are good and satisfactory so I’ll leave it at that for now and hope to improve more next time!

Fantastic result! Huge "WELL DONE" from me!
Not sure there is much room for improvement with a reading or 31!!
Will there be a celebration of some sort tonight? Always happy to help someone celebrate by raising a glass in their honour.

Great results, well done.

Is it possible for your HbA1C to be too low? When I asked what I should be aiming at, I was told as long as it was below 42 mmol/mol that was fine. Just diet no meds.

Brilliant!

Hope all your other test results soon reciprocate.

I’m going to celebrate tonight with a couple of pieces of garlic bread with my dinner and I did have half a cup cake earlier!
