Hi Saw a different Dr today and got the following info
Diagnosis level HbA1c 133 mmol/l
Now HbA1c 50 mmol/l
Some difference! the thing is I am not sure that I feel anything different now to then. still getting monumental head aches, etc. but lets face it keep going forward and see what happens.

I make that 6.7% in old money which is pretty tidy.

Whatever you are doing, keep doing it! And don't worry if you don't 'feel' any better - many of the damages caused by high BGs are asymptomatic until you get some unwelcome test result or other.

Congratulations on your progress so far 🙂

That's a great improvement Andrew 🙂 Have you spoken to the doctor about the headaches? They may not have anything to do with your diabetes, so worth getting checked out. Do they occur at any particular time of the day or night?

Good progress there.

Just one minor picky point to help avoid confusion (maybe) ... the new units for HbA1c are mmol/mol, not mmol/l (the latter usually being the units for spot blood checks in the UK ... using test strips).

Andy 🙂
