HbA1c today

Had my 6 month check today, Doctor was pleased with all the blood results, happy with
Cholestral at 4.1
Blood presure at 128/75
HbA1c at 6.6%, thats up from 6.4%. He is happy with that because he thinks I should run at about 7%
So everything looking good there for another 6 months. Now tomorrow its the Podiatrists turn to check me out and cut my toenails for me 🙂
