Thinking about the 5 stages of changing habits, I am quite good at steps 1-4 but struggle with stage 5.

1. Pre-contemplation - Do I want to change?
2. Contemplation - How will I change
3. Preparation - Preparing to change
4. Action - Making changes
5. Maintenance - keeping them going 😛
Aye, it's difficult @Ruby/London , and it's a bit easier for me as I'm a bit older, would have hated it much more at a younger age , it's horrible but you need to keep your blood levels low...xx
