Just had my blood test results back today . After a year of trying to follow a low carb diet.
Really pleased that after following all the great advice on here that it has come back on my patient record as Normal. Was 46 and has come down to 36 so I am delighted that with all your advice and help plus willpower on my part it has worked.
Now I have got quite used to my diet and will really stick to my new way of eating.
With just the odd treat.
 
Many congratulations on a great result. Hope your nurse gives/gave you a big pat on the back because you deserve it. Well done and best of luck with maintaining that success.
 
I actually haven’t seen a nurse I’ve only seen my results as I have access to my patient records online. So would be nice to actually see what they had to say but they only get in touch when anything is wrong. Thanks for that comment.
 
Really great result @Theo .Congratulations and good to hear all your hard work has paid off. I expect you will hear from the nurse at your next annual review for a feet check and next hba1c.
 
Great news and well done. As you say it needs to be sustainable long term. Stick at it and congrats again.
