Just got my Hba1c result back from monday 36:D:D:D 12 months ago it was 53.
Well pleased with that result, it has been a lot of hard carefull work working out levels of Humalog to go with all my meals but it has certainly paid off. I have also lost about 4 Kg which considering I am unable to get any decent exercise is pretty good in my reconning

Thanks everyone . I was certainly very surprised and delighted when I saw this tonight when I put my laptop on. Realy made my day after an otherwise lousy day.
