Thanks folks. She is happy with my BG's and happy for me stay on Novamix 30.

I have decreased it slightly in the morning as I was fed up of it dipping, sometimes to below normal values and getting jittery hands. She says its fine and Ive got the handle on it.

Just need to lose the weight again now.
