I just had my result back and I've gone from 51 at diagnosis in late Jan/early Feb to 30! I've followed a LCHF diet and lost 2 stone (still got 2.5 stone to go, to attain a healthy weight). I followed advice on this site, so a big thank you to this forum. My fasting numbers are still high in the mornings and I get some high numbers still at times, so I wasn't expecting such a good result. I also take Metformin 500g twice a day and Jardiance 25mg once a day. My liver function is also satisfactory again, at diagnosis it was fatty and liver function elevated. I am over the moon!

So, so pleased for you. Well done!

Great stuff. Success brings success! All the effort is worth it.

That is great news. Well done.

Excellent news! Give yourself a pat on the back!

Well done.

Great news. I was diagnosed February and have to wait 6 months for HbA1c, I was high but do not know figure, so hoping for the best. Keep doing what your doing
