Just had my Hba1c results back that were taken yesterday morningo_O it is 38 🙂 which is the first one I have had done since my heart surgery. I am well chuffed with that one as I thought after the op it would have been all over the place, because since the op I have had to vertually halve my Humalog intake . I have also been discharged by my cardiac nurse who has been visiting me regularly. So in general I am feeling pretty chuffed with myself.
All I have to do now is another 2 weeks of cardiac rehab ( which I have enjoyed) and that is hopefully it for now.

That is absolutely brilliant Mal! 🙂 You have every reason to feel chuffed! 🙂

That's brilliant. Well done 🙂

Thanks everyone, I never thought I would hear myself saying that I enjoyed going to the gym 😱 even though this is the second time I have done it. It has certainly helped me a lot and as I have said before I feel healthier and fitter than I have for many years.Even my friends and neighbours have said how much better I look now especially having lost over 10 Kg. as well, which in turn has helped with my D .

Well done Malturn. It’s all those endorphins making you feel better, and the more exercise you do, the better you will feel. 10kg weight loss is fantastic.🙂

Time for a new slimline Avatar?:D

That’s fantastic news.
