Hi Ibby, just reading through your thread with great advice and happy to hear hubby is on the right track, hopefully he will be well enough to go through with his op, sounds like you are a great support to him and his diabetes, well done to you x

Thank you op will go ahead with hb1ac as it is but better if its lower.
He never had surgery while he's been diabetic so just a bit of a worry that he won't have any thing to eat from midnight only taking half his insulin. Worrying about hypos before op as we've got to travel to hospital which is about an hour away
