Why on earth would she say that's on the low side...44mmols...roughly 6.2...I would say that's pretty good going...well done Becky...hardly an encouraging response from the nurse...no doubt you would like to keep working on that number...maybe get it within non-diabetic range...what on earth will she say then/...honestly...you've every reason to be pleased with that result...what a negative response from her.

I can’t recal what meds’ if any you are on but it’s likely nursey is worried about hypo’s, the results from your meter may prove she has nowt to worry about.

Have a look at this conversion chart , particularly what the colour coding at the bottom says about control.

since I dropped below diabetic range my doctor hasn't spoken to me. Since I dropped down to 41 I was told not to make any further appointments with the nurse.
I think they might be sulking.
