I'm not at home. In a crisis house because of my MH. Have been here couple of days. Am allowed 5 nights max i leave Wednesday. It's run by CMHT and is an alternative to hospital Staffed by volunteers. CMHT are seeing me every day. They didn't think it wood do .me any good to go back to hospital This will be reviewed tomorrow. They are bending over backwards to keep me out of hospital.
Have done a lot of talking to staff ALso a lot of sleeping due to fact they have added lorazepam to my meds and at such a hi dose kts knocking ne out.
It was the CMHTs idea I come here and I agreed to it. They say they are very concerned about me MH. I'm fighting hard but I. So tired Last night i slept for 9 hours they had to wake me for my night and morning meds and that was a struggle for them
Sorry i didt tell u to begin with

Sorry to hear that you are struggling with your MH Gail. I am glad that you have additional support to help you. You don't need to apologise for not telling us. Disclose as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. Sending you lots of hugs and love x

Sorry to hear that as you had been doing so well but we all know things can change in the blink of an eye where MH is concerned. Take care, you probably need the sleep and rest.

Sorry to hear, but you are doing what is best for you. As Silver Minion says, you only need to disclose as much as you want to. Take care and we are here rooting for you.
