To all of you a very happy and healthy 2018. I’ve tried to be so good for this, my first Christmas with diabetes, and have fallen off the wagon a few times I have to admit! But watching my levels slowly creeping up I have been amazed at how a few chocolate biscuits or mince pies can really affect you. So today I need to be disciplined and conscious of the negative effects. Good luck to you all for the next twelve months.

Thank you Flakie and the same to you and all members of this forum - hey - it's OK to 'fall off the wagon' a couple or three times a year.
